Welcome to The FarmShopper's. By accessing or using our website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Purpose of the Website

The FarmShopper's acts as a directory of Farm Shops, Butchers, Bakeries, Delis and Independents in the U.K, helping customers to discover them; alongside providing marketing services to this range of independents as required ("Services"). 

2. Access and User Interaction

  • The Site is publicly accessible; no account creation is required.
  • Farm Shops, Butchers, Bakeries, Deli's and Independents within the U.K. may request to be listed on the Site. However, all submissions are subject to approval and verification by our administrators, who reserve the right to accept or reject listings at their discretion. To request submission, please navigate to the contact form and submit your request.

3. Content Ownership

  • The content on the Site, including Farm Shop and Independent shops, is sourced from publicly available materials or submissions by Independents themselves.
  • Some materials, including images and logos, are copyrighted and remain the property of their respective owners or third parties.
  • Users are not permitted to copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Site without prior written permission from The FarmShopper's or the relevant rights holder.

4. Farm Shop, Independent & Experience Listings

  • Listings are added to the Site manually by our administrators following a vetting process.
  • Inclusion in the directory is at our discretion and does not imply endorsement of the independent or its services.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

a. Accuracy of Information

  • The FarmShopper's strives to ensure that all information on the Site is accurate and up-to-date. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content.
  • Users are advised to verify all information directly with the respective Farm Shop or Independent before entering into any agreements, or visiting the shop itself. We cannot be help accountable for inaccurate opening times which may vary.

b. Outcomes of Interactions

  • The FarmShopper's acts solely as a directory and does not mediate, endorse, or take responsibility for any interactions, agreements, or disputes between users and Farm Shops or Independents.
  • Users acknowledge that any engagements or transactions are conducted at their own risk.

6. Prohibited Actions

By using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Engage in illegal activities through the Site.
  • Scrape, copy, or reproduce content without permission.
  • Spam Independents or misuse the Site for unsolicited communications.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the Site.
  • Submit false or misleading information.

Violations may result in legal action and/or restricted access to the Site.

7. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site.

The FarmShopper's is set up as a sole trader, under the name Katie Fensome of St Albans, Hertfordshire.
